I have finally had a chance to take a few minutes and update my website! I've been back at school again preparing for my Master's Degree in Health Promotion and Healthy Aging in September 2008.
My clients are still working out hard and I'm excited about posting the story and pictures of my Healthy Makeover Challenge success story, Kal. Way to go Kal!
I'm currently training for the Sporting Life 10K in Toronto in May, 2008 and following the SmartCoach program on www.runnersworld.com. It's a personalized training program for beginners to advanced runners. Of course, strength training will always be the core of my exercise regime (4 times/week).
